1 · The short version

We collect what we need to reply to you and to run your website. We do not sell it. We use a small number of providers for hosting, domains, email and backups, because a website cannot exist without them, and the categories are set out below. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it.

The rest of this page is the detail behind those four sentences.

India’s data protection framework. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have been notified with phased commencement. This notice is intended to operate with the provisions applicable to BizzWeb from time to time, and will be updated as further provisions come into force.

Two different things live on this page. Most of it is about information we decide the use of: your enquiry, your contract, your billing, your support messages. Section 10 is about something else entirely, the personal data that passes through your website from your own visitors and customers. For that data you decide the purpose and we act on your instructions, and the terms that govern it sit in the client data clause of the Terms rather than here.

2 · What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • a description of what your business does;
  • any notes or other information you choose to give us.

The form also records the time your enquiry was sent, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address. Both exist to stop the form being abused by automated senders: the scrambled address lets us count repeat submissions without keeping a record of who visited, it cannot be turned back into your real address, and it is discarded within an hour.

When you become a client

To run the service we also process the information it needs: your domain, hosting and email configuration, your website content, billing records, support conversations, and technical and account information.

What we do not ask for

We do not ask for identity documents, financial account numbers, or any sensitive personal information, and you should not send them to us. We do not ask for card details and we do not store them. There is no online checkout on this website, so no card information is entered here. Where you pay by another method, that method handles the payment information under its own terms. See section 6.

In plain wordsIf a message asks you to email us a card number or a password, it did not come from us.

3 · Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • understand what you need;
  • prepare proposals and quotes;
  • contact you;
  • set up and operate your service;
  • provide support;
  • manage billing;
  • maintain security;
  • keep business and legal records;
  • comply with applicable law.

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to those purposes without telling you first.

4 · Consent, and taking it back

Where we rely on your consent to use your information, for example to send you something you asked to receive, you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to support@bizzweb.in, or by using the unsubscribe link in the message.

Withdrawing consent stops that use going forward. It does not undo what was already done lawfully, and it does not stop us keeping the records we are required to keep, or the information we need to continue providing a service you are still paying for.

We do not send marketing emails or messages unless you opt in. Submitting the enquiry form is not opting in. It lets us reply to that enquiry, and nothing more. If we ever start a newsletter or an offers list, you will have to ask for it before you receive it.

5 · We do not sell your details

BizzWeb does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

6 · Who else touches your information

We use third-party providers where they are necessary to operate the service. They fall into the categories below. The named provider for each category is the one we actually use for your service at the time, and we tell you which on request rather than listing alternatives here as though all of them were in use.

Hosting
Runs your website and stores its files and technical logs. Milesweb
CDN and security
Serves your site closer to its visitors and filters malicious traffic. Handles IP and technical information. Cloudflare
Domain registrar
Registers and renews your web address, and holds registrant and contact information. Which registrar is used depends on the extension. GoDaddy, Milesweb, Namecheap
Business email
Delivers and stores your mail. Zoho, Roundcube
Backups
Holds the copies described in your plan. Milesweb
Certificate provider
Issues the certificate that encrypts traffic between your website and its visitors.
Analytics on this website
Google Analytics, used by us as the operator of bizzweb.in. See cookies and tracking technologies.
Marketing measurement on this website
The Meta Pixel, used by us as the operator of bizzweb.in. See cookies and tracking technologies.
Communication
Email, WhatsApp and your network provider carry the messages and calls between us, under their own terms.

These providers do not all act in the same role, and it would be wrong to say they do. Hosting, CDN, email and backup providers process information in order to provide the part of the service we have asked them for. Google and Meta operate their analytics and advertising products under their own terms and their own privacy policies, and what they do with the information those products collect is governed by those terms as well as by this notice.

Where a provider changes, this page changes with it. We do not keep a longer list elsewhere that you would have to ask for.

Payments

There is no online checkout on this website and no payment gateway. Pricing and scope are agreed with you directly, and you pay against an invoice by a method agreed at the time.

Where payment is made through a bank, a UPI application or another third-party service, the information handled by that method is subject to the terms and the privacy notice of the service you used. If we ever add an online payment mechanism to this website, we will name the provider here and describe what it processes before it goes live.

7 · Where it is stored

BizzWeb primarily uses providers and infrastructure selected for the services described in this notice. Depending on the provider, the service and the technical configuration, some personal data or technical information may be processed or stored outside India.

Website files, databases and backups are held with the hosting provider named in section 6. Content delivery, analytics and marketing measurement are global services by design, and the providers behind them process information across their own networks under their own terms.

In plain wordsWe cannot promise that every byte stays in India, so we do not. What we can tell you is which provider holds what, and that is in section 6.

8 · The enquiry form

Submitting the enquiry form lets us contact you about that enquiry and about the services we might provide.

It does not, on its own, mean you have agreed to receive unrelated marketing. We will only send you that if you separately ask for it, or where the law otherwise permits the message.

9 · Cookies and tracking technologies

BizzWeb uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website to help us understand how visitors use the site, and to measure the performance of our advertising on social media and other platforms.

We use Google Analytics for website analytics and the Meta Pixel, also known as the Facebook Pixel, for advertising and marketing measurement.

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies for any other purpose, and we do not use additional tracking technologies to monitor your activity across unrelated websites beyond the analytics and advertising services described below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use the BizzWeb website. This helps us understand things such as:

  • which pages are visited;
  • how visitors move through the website;
  • how people arrive at the website;
  • general website usage and performance; and
  • which pages or services are most useful to visitors.

Google Analytics collects technical and usage information about visits to this site, subject to the settings and configuration we use. It may use cookies and similar identifiers, including cookies such as _ga and related Google Analytics identifiers. The exact cookies and identifiers used may change depending on our configuration or on changes made by Google.

In our current configuration, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are switched off, so the analytics data is used for measurement of this website rather than for building advertising audiences.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

It may be used to understand whether people who interact with our advertisements subsequently visit or take an action on the BizzWeb website. It may also support advertising measurement, audience management and campaign optimisation. The Meta Pixel sends certain website interaction and technical information to Meta in connection with the marketing and measurement features we use.

Meta technologies may use identifiers such as _fbp and, in certain circumstances, _fbc. The exact identifiers used may vary depending on our configuration, our advertising campaigns and changes made by Meta.

How we use these technologies

The cookies and similar technologies described above are used for website analytics and measurement, understanding how visitors use the BizzWeb website, measuring the performance of our advertising, understanding visits resulting from social media advertising, and improving our website and advertising campaigns.

We do not use these technologies to sell your personal information.

Other cookies

Apart from technologies required for the normal operation or security of the website, BizzWeb uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for the purposes described above. We do not intentionally deploy other advertising or behavioural tracking technologies. In particular, we do not intentionally use:

  • advertising networks other than those specifically described in this notice;
  • tracking pixels from unrelated advertising platforms;
  • behavioural-tracking tools for purposes unrelated to our website analytics or advertising measurement; or
  • cookies designed to follow your activity across unrelated websites for our own independent purposes.

Cookie settings

BizzWeb does not currently use a cookie-consent banner or a cookie preference pop-up on this website.

This section is intended to explain plainly what tracking technologies BizzWeb uses and why. These technologies are used on this website as described above.

You can control or block them yourself. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and both providers offer their own controls: Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics, and Meta provides ad settings within your Meta account. Blocking them does not affect your ability to read this website or to contact us.

Third-party services

Google and Meta provide the analytics and advertising technologies used on this website. Their services may process information in accordance with their own policies and terms, including information collected through their cookies or similar technologies. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.

Changes to our use of cookies

We may add, remove or change the analytics, advertising or other technical technologies used on this website. If we materially change how cookies or similar technologies are used, we will update this section.

10 · Your website's visitors

When we build and host a website for you, people visit it and sometimes submit forms on it. That information is yours, not ours.

Where BizzWeb processes personal data through or on behalf of your website in order to host, maintain, secure, support or troubleshoot it, you determine the purposes for which that data is processed, and we process it only as reasonably necessary to provide the services and in accordance with your documented instructions, subject to applicable law. If one of your visitors asks us about their information, we will point them to you.

The detailed terms for that processing, including confidentiality, security, subprocessors, breach assistance and what happens to the data when the service ends, sit in the Data Processing Addendum rather than in this notice. This page cannot do that job, and it is not written to.

What you remain responsible for

You are responsible for determining the notices, disclosures, consents, permissions and policies required for your business and your website. That includes, where applicable, privacy notices, cookie notices, terms of use, refund and cancellation policies, marketing consents and any disclosures specific to your sector.

BizzWeb may help you implement those things, but we do not provide legal, tax, regulatory or compliance advice unless we have expressly agreed to in writing. Anything we build or implement for you is based on the information and instructions you supply, and should be reviewed by your own adviser where that matters.

In plain wordsFor your visitors’ data, you decide and we hold it for you. We can build the privacy page; what it promises is yours to decide.

11 · Children

BizzWeb sells to businesses. Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about a child through our enquiry form. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to support@bizzweb.in and we will delete it.

This section is about this website and our own enquiry process. It does not decide whether a website we build for a client is directed at children. That is for the client to determine for their own site and their own audience, and it is their responsibility under the Terms.

12 · How long we keep it

Different records have different lives, and one blanket period would be wrong for most of them. We keep each category for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period the law requires.

Enquiries that do not become clients
12 months, unless there is a legitimate reason to keep a particular record longer.
Contract and order records
For the duration of the relationship, and afterwards for the period needed for legal and dispute purposes.
Tax and accounting records
For the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
Support records
For as long as reasonably necessary for support, security and handling any dispute.
Security logs
For the period required by applicable law and our security requirements.
Website backup after cancellation
30 calendar days from the Effective Termination Date, subject to any legal, dispute, legal-hold or security requirement. It does not include mailbox contents unless your Order expressly says otherwise. Set out in full in how cancellation works, and the two pages must always say the same thing.

We do not promise that every record about you is deleted 12 months after we stop working together, because that would not be true of the records we are required to keep.

13 · Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and what we do with it;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it;
  • stop a use you had previously agreed to.

You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to act.

Send requests to support@bizzweb.in. We handle requests promptly and within the period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before we can complete a request.

If we cannot do what you asked, for example because we are legally required to keep a particular record, we will tell you why.

14 · Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, loss and disclosure.

No online system can guarantee absolute security, and we will not claim otherwise.

15 · If something goes wrong

If BizzWeb becomes aware of a personal data breach, it will assess and respond to the incident, and notify affected persons and the applicable authorities within the time and in the manner required by applicable law.

Where it is appropriate and legally permitted, we may send an initial notification before every detail of the investigation is settled, and supplement it as further facts become available. A notification will say what happened, what information was involved, what we have done about it and what you should do.

16 · Our access to your website

Where we host and maintain your website, we may access files, databases, content, credentials and technical information, but only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support or troubleshoot the service, unless you authorise something else or the law requires it.

We do not routinely access the contents of your business email. We may access mailbox information or message content only where it is reasonably necessary to administer, secure, support or troubleshoot the service, where you authorise us to do so, or where the law requires it. We do not use your customers’ data for our own purposes.

17 · Third-party services

Google, email providers, payment providers, hosting providers, social platforms and other third parties have their own privacy policies and terms. Where your service depends on one of them, their policy applies to what they do with information you give them directly.

18 · Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do, and we will tell existing clients about a material change rather than relying on you to notice it.

19 · Contact and complaints

Privacy contact
support@bizzweb.in
Grievance contact
support@bizzweb.in
We reply
Promptly, and within the period required by applicable law.

If you are not satisfied with how we have answered a complaint about your personal information, you can escalate it to the data protection authority in India, in the manner the law provides.

Want to know what we hold about you?

Ask. It is a short email and we will answer it plainly.
